BTW, I remember muslim “civilians” ululating and throwing parties after 911. And don't get me started about Falluja. They deserve this - and worse.

they are not targeting civilians and yes we have done the same as Russia, The difference is that Russia knows how to fight a war and will bomb a mosque etc if there are terrorists.
