I was talking to our high school pyhcologist about this ...I asked him why these people have not been reported to the ATF/FBI database.
He said that most DR.s are are afraid of getting sued.
That the HIPPA act protects that Info.
He said the HIPPA law needs to be changed to allow Dr.s report all patients who are prescribed psychotropic drugs.
Is this true ???

Over the years I have known more than a few people with a “lack of character” as I define it (dishonesty, disloyalty, lack of integrity, no ambition, etc.). However, none of them would have even thought to grab a gun and some ammo and murder a bunch of strangers.

I’m saying that there are many people who, in decades past, would have been housed in a secure facility. But a false sense of “compassion” has dictated that we allow them to live freely among us, to our and their detriment. And, no, I don’t believe in the insanity defense.
