Over the years I have known more than a few people with a “lack of character” as I define it (dishonesty, disloyalty, lack of integrity, no ambition, etc.). However, none of them would have even thought to grab a gun and some ammo and murder a bunch of strangers.
So, you’re saying this guy was mentally ill, thus not responsible for his actions?
