Very well stated.

It’s hard to believe after all these years that people do not understand this

They can't rule the ‘tea party’ like they can't rule Trump but they can with the other candidates...

They give money, then the Rep. or Senator has to do whatever this group wants them to do, sponsor a bill, or vote a certain way...

We have more to fear from the enemy within than from Assad.

Oh good! I can’t wait to watch these asshats spend their money...and lose. What a great time to be a candidate! Run against uniparty pukes in the general and force the CoC to spend their money. I love the smell of attrition.

It isn’t. It was always a “fix”. When I read that The Drunk stepped down, I didn’t even flinch. Nothing will change.

Probably black funds collected and skimmed from taxpayer funds by the Obama administration

Who the hell will vote for this soulless cheap labor loving GOP? Most of the middle class will be out of work.

Nope, the left has blended with the Chamber of Commerce types to give us such boondoggles as “economic development”, which is a giant scam. Even small towns now have departments dedicated to economic development that exist to take tax money and use it to bribe businesses into coming to their town. It involves a lot of free trips for politicians and Chamber of Commerce types to schmooze on our dime. It’s central planning by another name.

“Scott Reed, the group’s top strategist, told Roll Call that “the gang that wants to shut down the government, that’s a clear contrast to what the business community agrees is best for economic growth.”

Has Scott figured out that more than half of the folks who vote R are part of the gang he speaks of? If you throw them off the boat, what happens to the boat.

Actually, CoC folks probably need to get honest and join the socialist Democrat party. They really have a lot more in common with D’s.

They're throwing money at Yeb as fast as they can, but Yeb is sinking quick.

Money can't buy love.

The Chamber wants to keep wages as low as possible.

“Somebody explain to me in very simple terms why the Tea Party, which I’m sure considers itself to be pro-free-enterprise, is opposed by the Chambers of Commerce, who are supposedly about exactly that????”

The Chamber of Commerce is not for free-enterprise. It is for using political power to get taxpayer money and government enforced regulations that favor CoC members. That is not free enterprise.
