The owners of an Oregon bakery are refusing to pay state-ordered damages to a lesbian couple after a dispute over a same-sex wedding cake, reports say.

Aaron and Melissa Klein, who own Sweet Cakes by Melissa, were ordered by the Bureau of Labor and Industries to pay $135,000 to Rachel and Laurel Bowman-Cryer, reports OregonLive.com.

The Kleins have filed an appeal of the ruling, claiming financial hardship even though crowdfunding efforts have raised more than $500,000 for the couple, according to OregonLive.com.

There's a whole TON of elements recently exhibited for a counter suit ..

The USSC says gay and hetero are equal in marriage ..

The pope speakes before the Congress and UN ...

BOTH events tore down the "wall of separation" and the sick rug munchers can be counter sued (in my opinion)

I would do it ANYway, just to put THEM through a frikkin' ringer !

Actual damages: $1. The cost of driving further to the next bakery down the street.
Imposed damages: $134,999. The cost of attempting to humiliate and drive our of business someone while (at the same time) stomping on their 1st amendment right to personal religious freedom.

Christians are starting to go to jail for their beliefs...

Hopefully more will stand with God.

It is why the Founders stated that government is always EVIL and has to be very LIMITED. This is Fascism—what our so-called “Justice” system is attempting to do.

There is no “natural rights from God” to sodomize others or use the human body in irrational vile ways which eliminate purpose, dignity and Reason from Man. Creating “Just Laws” (only Constitutional kind) to force Vice is pure evil and fascism.

SCOTUS members need to be impeached and imprisoned for their irrational evil usurpation of our Constitution.

When it comes to litigating various trumped up homo claims against traditional aka conservative folks, the Oregon judicial system has for many years been little more than a thinly veiled kangaroo court. Next, if history sheds any light on what to expect, they will get jailed and if they still refuse to pay up, the court will threaten to take their children away to foster homes. I pray the owners of the Christian bakery know and have prepared for the depraved lengths to which Oregon courts will go to in order to get them to bow down to the forces of darkness.
To that end researching Randy Alcorn’s experience as well as many many others who stood by their convictions would prove instructive.

GOOD!

Didn’t the US used to have a policy that we would not give in to terrorist demands?

Absolutely correct! Crowdfunding money is there to help the bakers, not for the sex fakers. Every penny should go into fighting the lesbos with legal challenges, and to support the bakers in their fight. The lesbos can go suck carpets.

RIGHT!!! Even when the terrorists are wearing black robes and are NOT ayatollahs, but judges! Let those state punks spend a million dollars of taxpayer money attempting to recover $135,000! Leftism can get very expensive, dear voters! ;)
