Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina argued the US should secure a no-fly zone around anti-Assad rebel forces that were supporting and be prepared to use force against Russia if need be on Wednesdays Hannity on the Fox News Channel.
Fiorina said, Well, first, we know whats going on. Syria and Russia, who have had a longstanding relationship, Iran, and Iraq, are forming an unholy alliance. Russias intentions are to shore up, and stabilize the Assad regime. ISIS is sort of a camouflage. There is no doubt, that Russia will be conducting airstrikes against anti-Assad rebels, whether or not they happen to strike a few ISIS folks as well is, I dont know, to be determined. Heres what we need to do immediately, I believe. First, not only can we not withdraw our air support, but I believe we must tell the Russians that we will conduct we will secure a no-fly zone around anti-Assad rebel forces that were supporting. This is a tricky maneuver, its a dangerous maneuver, but its a maneuver that we must undertake, because we must make it crystal clear to Russia that they do not get to move into the Middle East, and become the dominant outside power, which is clearly their intention.
When asked if these means the US might use force against Russian aircraft, Fiorina answered, Well, hopefully not. hopefully, if we are signaling clearly to the Russians our intention, it will not come to that. But if it does come to that, I think we must be prepared.

What a great military strategist. Pining the lives of our military on "Hope".
She just lost the election.
She can’t handle a technology business—what makes her think she can handle wars?
MORE support for the terrorists Obama has been equipping and funding?
Fiorina is definitely on the Dark Side.
We'll see. President Obama has already ceded Syria to Putin. Obama's and Kerry's "shock" about Russian intervention are window dressing.
The politicians may be TRYING to run away from it but they are a long way from succeeding -- they will first have to find a large-scale solid currency that can compete with the dollar.
Agreed regarding Obama, but Fiorina is the politician we’re talking about, not O.
That is absolutely false. There is no such requirement and they are already trading in non-dollar denominations. This has been happening for years now. The genie is already out of the bottle. You're fooling yourself.
You are the one under a delusion. There are vast amounts of money in dollars flowing around the globe that would have to be replaced. The trading you are talking about is miniscule in comparison. It has been around for years, as you say, and has not gained much traction during that time. There are also Bitcoin and SDRs, and dollars may be replaced one day, but it ain’t going to happen soon.
Nothing has to be replaced. That’s the delusion.
