“If a law is unjust, a man is not only right to disobey it, he is obligated to do so.”
- Attributed to Thomas Jefferson (no source known)

These bakers are doing exactly the right thing by standing up to evil. The judge is a thug and deserves to be at least ignored by these patriotic bakers, not to mention shunned by all decent people in the world.

The government has the same coercive power as the Mafia. Government is just a criminal enterprise with credentials and a dental plan.

“...damages for emotiinal suffering”

What a load of ****. These women could have gone elsewhere for their cake. This bakery was targeted just like the Kentucky clerk was targeted.

Good on the Kleins for resisting tyranny. Prayers for their ultimate victory.

This is what the Libs have wrought - refusal to comply with laws (and rightly so):
NY and CT pass unconstitutional gun laws - the people refuse to comply,
Supreme Court makes an unconstitutional decision - county clerks refuse to comply,
Judge awards unconstitutional damages - the business refuses to pay....

WE WILL NOT COMPLY

The judge and the queers that did this are sodomite criminals. Let them be the ones to suffer for ruining the lives of this couple standing for decency against sex offenders.

This craziness happens here as well.

This Christian couple who run a bakery taken to court, for refusing to bake a gay wedding cake with Bert and Ernie from ‘Sesame Street’ on. Two news items:

The Klien’s should use part of the $500,000 raised on their behalf to appeal and appeal again and again until the rug munchers get sick and tired of waiting for their money and for paying for for legal fees (if they even have an atty).

At that time the Klien’s should offer them $1000 to drop their suit and if not accepted should force them to pay for an atty to defend them against a harassment suit brought by the Klien’s.

My guess is this is all about the money for the queers and when they see what it will cost them to carry on with their attempt at legal extortion they will slither back under their rock.

It’s not a judge persecuting them but an unelected and unaccountable state bureaucrat. No due process at all.

The homosexual community is large and well funded. These homosexuals are being nationally funded. This has nothing to do with money and everything to do with the continued incremental wins in court.

Never give money in a court case as a settlement, that means in this case, that the receiver has won on some point and the loser gives consideration and they both have decided to drop the issue. That is not the win needed.

IF this baker fights the case with the monies given, and the more monies that will be sent, it will win and more importantly provide a point where conservatives can organize and rally to an important issue in their causes.

Best thing to do, is fight this for years.

The Klein’s have already won in the only court that ultimately counts.

Dear Lord, I pray that they will also be victorious in the courts and councils of mere men.

It seems that the best way to go through life is dead broke, because nobody can ever come after you for anything.

Better yet, go through life dead broke without a Social Security number ... because then nobody can ever come after you for anything, and your own government doesn't even know who you are.

We've reached the point where some hombre who sneaks across the border from Mexico and works for cash is the last free man in America. Nobody is ever going to sue him over his alleged "homophobia."

“The couple closed the Gresham store in 2013 and operate the business from home.”...........

Knowing our gubmint, they better think about packing up their belongings, there are several refuges who will need housing soon.

If odumbo can ignore our laws, why not the bakers?

Sadly, that is the conclusion I have come to. When the law makers and law enforcers become the biggest law BREAKERS, ignoring the laws they swore to uphold, then the rule of law is lost and anarchy ensues...

What they need to be doing is suing the state in Federal court for violation of their religious liberty. They will get NOWHERE within Oregon.

All because government officials are deathly afraid of the raging feminazis and are willing to turn into fascists for them.
