MY take on Putin’s Plan:

Step One—End the Civil War with an Assad Victory.
Step Two—End ISIS (Dash) and take their lands.
Step Three— rebuild Syrian Churches and re-settle lands.
Step Four—have Trump build some resorts on Syrian Coast
