IIRC, the rebels were capturing the Christian cities, and those folks became hostages. Typical Muslim MO.

The administration wants us to believe the downfall of Assad is a good thing. I am not so sure about that.

If any of the anti-Syrian groups was able to overthrow Syria, who would have the power to take over? ISIS? I am not sure.

They consider all terrorist groups the same. This is for propping up Assad. Anti-Assad means target-qualified.

“Earlier, Britain-based monitor the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that at least 27 civilians had been killed in air strikes in Homs province.”

Another wedding party with the bride and groom limoed in recently acquired American APCs.

Amazing how quickly the situation in combat changes when the military is given mission orders and “collateral damage” is not even mentioned in the rules of engagement.

Rules of Engagement - Russian military: One sentence. Close with the enemy to kill capture and/or destroy them using close combat and fire and maneuver.

Rules of Engagement - American forces: 300 pages of legalese with first sentence stating all targets approved by the White House.

Today the news here is that the Russians aren’t hitting territories controlled by ISIS. My question is, how the he’ll can we rely on our intelligence these days to know where ISIS is or to tell us the truth about it? They were even taken by surprise by Russia’s open, blatant takeover and that is embarrassing.

This, perhaps?

The strike was about a mile away from the camera's position.

I personally don't care what language is used for marking the ordnance. The world does not need the ISIS gang.
