You are right about his own assessment about the Cult of Personality, his personality and ideology.
I just cannot see him going to war or seriously using American power (whatever is left of it) to attack anybody at anytime for any reason.
The man won a Nobel PEACE Prize, he cannot and will not attack anybody, he simply can't.
