I’m a big fan of the conveyor belt-style sushi delivery system.
If you miss your option, just wait 2 minutes and the opportunity comes around again.
Brilliant. Unless half your country is starving.
Maybe a grass and tree bark delivery system?
***peculiar round lift***
To carry the little round leader from one deck to another?
Where do they store the dead bodies of servants who make mistakes?
Obama’s current generals are little more than stenographers, also. He learned well, :)
Anyone ever notice that dictators (especially 3rd World ones) look utterly ridiculous?
**But the vessel is so large that it cannot actually do anything but sail between the nearby Okryu Bridge and Taedong Bridge, being too high to pass under either and access other parts of the river.**
If I can trust Google maps, that looks to be about 0.8 miles
back in the early 90’s I had dealings with people that were pushing Russian river cruises on a similar vessel. One of the reasons for loading folks on the boats was that travel was nearly impossible because there were in effect, no roads.
At one point, the vessel tied up at a city, or maybe a large village to load new food. Alas it was not there. they sat there for several days on reduced rations waiting for the new supplies to arrive as I recall by rail.
I guess Kim thinks he can attract some money and Japanese tourists to his roadless kingdom
No food on the dishes. Big Guy ate it all.
The boat is so big, it can’t go beyond the downtown bridges. It is trapped on a little back and forth route a few blocks long. I’m guessing the designers will be shot for it when they figure that out.
Who’s supposed to go cruising on this rig?
Wonder where the norks find the large mushrooms to wear on their heads?
So the Cruise Ship is named Mujigae (Rainbow)”
Sooooo is there something that short Pillsbury Dough Boy is trying to tell us?
The old feudal barons learned from generations of experience that benevolent despotism not only worked — it was necessary to prevent peasant revolts. The early capitalists may have been “robber barons,” but they provided real-life examples to poor people that with hard work they could rise above their “station in life.”
In other words, old-style elites were consistent with their declared principles.
The new elites of Communism, socialism and liberalism are hypocrites. They claim to be “for the poor” while actually living a life of luxury.
The masses will generally, if grudgingly, respect leaders who live in accord with their principles. Communists, socialists and liberals can rule only by confusing their people or forcing them into submission with the power of a gun. The reality of living a life of luxury while claiming to be “for the poor” cannot be defended to people once they understand the facts.
