President Obama's plan to "internationalize" the Internet may be unconstitutional, key members of Congress are claiming.

The group of lawmakers sent a letter to the Government Accountability Office last week, saying the plan to relinquish oversight of Internet domain name functions to a global, multi-stakeholder body raised questions about the administration's "authority to transfer possession and control of critical components of the Internet's infrastructure to a third party."

This is all the guts they can muster - write a letter? Why can't Congress defund any activity that Obumbler would do to throw out the internet management to a third party?
GUTLESS WONDERS, THE GRAND OLD PARTY.

The Constitution??? Is that the old piece of paper that guarantees the right of abortion, gay marriage, and freedom from bullying but says nothing—NOTHING!!—about a right to bear arms? /s

Because 0dungo is a U.N. operative pretending to be an American president, he will stop at NOTHING to make sure control is relinquished to a world body BEFORE he leaves office (if he ever does).

The congress holds the power of the purse (according to James Madison) but they don’t have the balls to swing it.

So? Nothing new to see here. We dumped our constitution a long, long, long time ago.

I see more Congress critters jumping on-board with this since the revolution started. Their best bet to keep us quiet is take our Internet.

It’s been on Obama’s to do list for years, they just have to concur. If they didn’t want to shut us up, why wouldn’t they simply delay any decision until Obama’s out of office. Always in their interests, not ours.

It does not matter what the Constitution says. it only matters what you can get 5 Supreme Justices to say it says.

“Unconstitutional.” He’s quaking in his boots. Better write a stern letter just to be sure.

Don’t forget free speech only if Politically Correct! I am pretty sure The Constitution specifically calls for punishment of bad thinking!

“This is all the guts they can muster - write a letter?”

But it will be a really really stern letter! And if that doesn’t work, they’ll put together a “select committee” and get really really super duper stern!

So? Nothing new to see here. We dumped our constitution a long, long, long time ago.

No we didn't!

Someone tried to dump it, ostensibly in our name, representing us, without the courtesy of informing us, or even asking.

The remarkable is that we let them. Silently and with deference they long ago stopped deserving. And even now we can't gather the energy go to DC and...

That's pretty much all I can allow myself to say.
But what I feel right now is also burning inside countless American citizens, fed up with talk and hundreds of Hillaries and Lois Lerners...

The country is falling apart at the seams and the best they can do is claim total political helplessness.

I stand by my tag line.

“This is all the guts they can muster - write a letter?”

“stern letter”

I’m sure they bolded some of the sentences and italicized words like “ooohh, we’re so very angry!”
And it probably has an ultimatum like, “We’re giving you until the end of next year to stop—or face the consequences, and in the meantime we’re appointing TREY “Flash” GOWDY to look into the matter!”
