I hate to keep harping on South Africa but, man, do I ever think it is the blueprint for their plans.

In South Africa, they burn down many the foreign owned businesses and if you are really unlucky they take you into the street and necklace you. (put a tire around your neck and arms and start you on fire).

The Minister of Finance actually had come out and said foreigners need to stop keeping their "business success secrets" from the locals and that they all have secret ways that they conduct business therefore it is understandable that this happens to them.
