#IStandWithAhmed: Congressional Leaders Plead for Investigation
NBC News ^ | 9/23/15 | Frances Kai-Hwa Wang

Asian-American and Muslim-American congressional leaders are asking Department of Justice Attorney General Loretta Lynch to investigate possible civil rights violations during the arrest of Ahmed Mohamed, a 14-year-old Sudanese-American Muslim boy in Irving, Texas, who was arrested for bringing a clock that he had made to school.

"Profiling and mistreatment of an individual based on presumed or actual faith or ethnicity has no place in the world, let alone in the United States of America," Representative Mike Honda, who is leading the effort, told NBC News.

"Together, we must take a vocal stand against fear mongering and hate speech. No person should fear mistreatment or persecution simply for being who they are," Honda said. He was joined by Representatives Keith Ellison and Andre Carson, the two Muslim members of Congress, and other Asian-American leaders, including Representatives Judy Chu, Grace Meng, and Ted Lieu.

Twenty-nine members of Congress signed the letter to Lynch, which asserts that the youth's civil rights may have been violated several times per Texas Family Code Section 52.025. The code states: "a child may not be left unattended in a juvenile processing office and is entitled to be accompanied by the child's parent, guardian, or other custodian or by the child's attorney."

It was dangerous and suspicious looking. It was a stupid move on his and his family’s part in today’s times....I don’t care if the kid was green with antennas growing on his head and came from Mars. Try getting on a plane with it.

BHO and the Dems will see to it that Ahmed is the last Muslim ever stopped for entering a building or public place with a suspicious package. Detain them and be held to public ridicule, civil suit and prosecution.

The rest of us must only hope the package is innocent. If it is not, and people are killed, the libs will tell us that it is the price “we” must pay to live in a “free” society.

This makes sense to liberals, because “they” are never “we”, and “they” will decide who/what “free” is.

This was all political theater, planned in advance.

first the hoax, then the fake media outrage, now the government “intervention.” Next will come the civil rights “violations,” more media outrage and guilt. Same format as Trayvon, Ferguson, BLM

Beth Van Duyne is the target, I hope she is prepared for the long haul of an Obama/Jarrett campaign.

I don’t believe that 14 year old ‘youths’ are immune from killing people in the name of Allah. The Boston bombers were not that much older as to being bombers. As I see it the 14 year old just did not have the time or means to complete the bomb.

They should investigate the fraudulent clock maker’s father and Obama. The whole episode stinks of a set up.

Clockmed's father ran for President of Sudan, his Muslim homeland, several times.
Indicating he has dual citizenship.

Father is second left.

AMERICANS DEMAND CONGRESS PASS LAWS TO PROTECT AMERCANS FROM TERORISTS

For example: Legislation passed in Canada (over the opposition of Liberals), allows the Canadian government to revoke the citizenship of Canadian residents who have been convicted of terrorism offences — provided they hold citizenship in a second country.

The law also applies to:

<><> dual citizens convicted of treason,

<><> those convicted of spying for foreign governments,

<><> members of armed groups at war against Canada.

A little more than half-a-dozen Canadians have been notified so far that the government was considering revoking their citizenship. (Excerpt) Read more at news.nationalpost.com ...

No one gives a shit about this kid and his stupid clock. They arrest kids for bringing toy guns to school also.
NO KID should be bringing anything that looks like a bomb to school.
The media needs to drop this horse crap and so does congress or find new jobs.

I’ve “discussed” this with secular humanists, when they aren’t doing everything they can to smear me as an “evil person.”

According to what we know, what the school and police did are justifiable.

As the police said, there was a concern this could be the infrastructure of a bomb.

They also brought up that it could cause concern if left somewhere. Are teens beyond doing something like that to get attention, thinking it’s all right because it’s not real?

The behavior of the teen has also been described as not cooperative, and it’s also apparent that even lied about a lot and his story as presented in the media hasn’t been consistent.

He said himself, too, that he used a cord to shut the “clock” so it wouldn’t look “like a threat” and “that much suspicious.”

He also plugged in the clock during English (not engineering) and said during an interview that he was showing a friend when the clock beeped and his teacher noticed it. It would be interesting to know what was going on in the class at that time. Was it free time for him to talk to friends and show them something? The fact that Mohamed might have been not working on whatever he was supposed to, or paying attention to the teacher, might have factored in to the impression that something was possibly going on.

Apparently, too, there was some sense that his family were outspoken Muslim activists, which would explain the remark made by an officer when he met Mohamed that “he thought that’s who it was.”

I don’t fault a teacher, at this point in how much we know, for being concerned and feeling obligated to report it. Current rules in schools say to do so. People have also faulted the teacher for being “dumb,” since there were no explosives, but again, it could be the start of a bomb, and today so much information is available to anyone over the internet, that you hear of things having uses, and even potentially damaging ones, that you never heard of. Pressure cooker bombs, for instance. This could have even been a chemical or biological weapon, set to a timer, for all the teacher knew (especially if there was a suspicion that his family could possibly be Islamic extremists).

Bomber family working the Pay-Me-I'm-A-Victim Scam.

Taxpayers burdened by this frightening family of clock/bombers demand to know:

<><> how many US govt checks is the Clockmed family cashing?

<><>did the father claim "asylum" to suck up monthly SS checks?

<><> did the Clockmed family falsify govt documents to collect food stamps, welfare, Section 8 housing?

<><> did the candidate father travel to campaign in Sudan on the taxpayers' dime? <><> are Clockmed, his sister (an earlier bomb hoaxer), and their other siblings collecting disability checks for Attention Deficit Disorder---a common scam among parasitic immigrants.

<><> we demand the bomber family list the numbr of orgnizations they belong to that advocate the overthrow of the US govt.

<><> are any of the Clockmed people registered as agents for foreign governments?

<><>Americans demand to know how many identities the Clockmeds are using?

<><> are the Clockmed family registered to vote?

<><> did the Clockmed people ever vote illegally?

Texas Muslim---Serial Killer of Christians---on Disability and Food Stamps,
had Diamonds and 200 Credit Cards Hidden on Texas property

Front Page Magazine | 6/20/2014 | Daniel Greenfield / FR Posted by Dqban22

This sort of thing is surprisingly common. The only reason it came to light is because the Texas Muslim settler committed two murders in Texas, one of which he actually got away with.

The murder of Christian believer, Gelareh Bagherzadeh, was reported earlier. Gelareh Bagherzadeh was an Iranian Christian who came to this country only to be murdered by a Muslim because she encouraged his daughter to marry the man she loved.

The Texas Muslim claimed he was too disabled to work. But he wasn't too disabled to kill.

BACKSTORY The Texan, a strict Muslim, was furious when his Jordanian-American daughter married a man without his permission. The Muslim, Ali Mahwood-Awad Irsan, blamed his daughter’s husband, relatives say. They say he also faulted one of her closest friends, 30-year-old Gelareh Bagherzadeh, a Christian convert who widely denounced Islam.

<><> First Christian-believer Bagherzadeh was killed, gunned down outside her parents’ Texas Galleria townhouse complex in January 2012.

<><> Eleven months later, Irsan’s son-in-law died after being shot multiple times in northwest Texas, in the Harris County apartment he shared with his wife.

The Texas Muslim thought he could get away with murdering because he had already gotten away with so many other things in Texas.

Federal authorities executed a search warrant at Irsan’s sprawling, 5-acre property 40 miles north of Houston, where they allegedly found cash, diamonds, pearls, weapons and phony passports hidden in attic rafters, in secret compartments throughout a cluster of trailers and outbuildings and even inside the buried drum of a clothes dryer at the Conroe, Texas property.

The Muslim Irsan, his wife Shmou Ali Alrawabdeh, and another daughter were subsequently arrested on a variety of federal fraud charges and are in federal custody.

A federal criminal complaint detailing the discoveries recounts a saga of nearly 20 years in which the 57-year-old naturalized citizen from Jordan, and his family, allegedly scammed taxpayer disability assistance funds claiming “fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue symptoms,” and “affective disorders” while secreting real estate, vehicles and cash in US and foreign bank accounts.

The complaint also alleges the Muslim Irsan:

<><> was receiving taxpayer funds for a son not living in the US,

<><> maintained several addresses on the property to facilitate various schemes, and,

<><> once disabled a safety feature on a saw then purposefully cut himself to receive a $75,000 settlement.

The Muslim Ali was certainly industrious and entrepreneurial, just not quite in the way amnesty advocates like to claim.

Also found on the property was a makeshift gun range, which witnesses said “five or six Muslim families” frequently visited to fire AK-47s and information about Irsan’s attempts to get a silencer. Nothing to do with Islam I’m sure.

The rest of the scam ...... While there have been no allegations of terrorist ties regarding the Muslim family’s alleged (a) foreign bank accounts, and, (b) suspicious wire transactions, Irsan’s strict adherence to radical Islam may have been a motive in the alleged murders.

Authorities are also re-examining a 1999 case in which Irsan was not indicted after claiming self-defense in the shooting of son-in-law Amjad Alidam, who was married to Nasemah Rachelle Irsan.

And that’s not all. Prosecutors also revealed, in connection to the social security fraud and credit card charges against Irsan, that they found more than 200 credit cards with various names and multiple variations of his own name throughout the Irwin Keel home.

Arresting officers say they also found more than 40 similar credit cards in his wallet the morning he was arrested. His daughter also alleges, among multiple other schemes detailed in court documents, that Ali Irsan purposely disabled the safety device on a Ryobi rotary saw and purposely cut his own foot. Prosecutors say he used that injury to receive a $75,000 settlement from the manufacturer.

The only thing the cops did that was screwed up was question him without his parents or lawyer. They screwed up big time on that. A little settlement might be worthy but not anything more. I would be PISSED if the police questioned my kid without me there or a lawyer and you would too.

I don’t agree. At first I questioned that, but in the case of someone who is an outspoken Muslim activist, and with very real cases of Islamic radicalization, they questioned him without his family because they were also concerned the family might be behind the “hoax bomb.” That isn’t a usual concern in such cases involving teens, but not an unreasonable one. The case of the Boston bombings is an example.
