Donald Trump was on the receiving end of a vicious take-down by South Park on Wednesday evening, which skirted the borders of decency and taste and arguably crossed them.
In an almost unprecedented attack on a running presidential candidate, the adult cartoon lampooned the Republican and in a shocking finale, showed the billionaire businessman being brutally raped to death.
The inflammatory episode of the satirical cartoon, created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, was supposed to attack Trump's immigration policies and mocked his oft-repeated promise to build a wall between the US and Mexico.

“Arguably”? Imagine a similar episode with the victim being Barack Obama, or Bernie Sanders, or Hillary Clinton.

What the South Park fools do not realize is that all this does is feed into the resentment, anger, and disgust focused at the supposedly-tolerant PC culture at the core of Trump’s success; it will only make him stronger.
Surprising, but South Park is in the shock business. They are equal opportunity offenders and took on death threats when they did sneak a cartoon Mohammed on the air.

Family Guy was funny but got too repulsive after a while.

I agree. Haven’t seen this episode yet, but the season premiere was a pretty good attack on PC and Social Justice Warriors/Bullies.
Stone and Parker are Libertarians. Most of their stuff is aimed straight at the totalitarian Progressive Left. I’m guessing this does the same, on a deeper reading of it.
Leftists love violence, particularly against those with whom they disagree.
South Park has always been on the libertarian wavelength and a little more conservative.
That’s why i was shocked to read about the Trump rape story.
They’re the least liberal cartoon out of the three.
I watched them for a long time, and am also shocked. Then I remembered that it’s their niche, shock stuff. Doesn’t sound funny or entertaining though.
