PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — The Oregon Court of Appeals affirmed a ruling that a Portland bar owner must pay about $400,000 in damages to patrons he told to stay away.
The state investigated a bar formerly known as the P Club after the owner left a voice message for one of the Rose City T-Girls, a group of transgender customers that frequented the bar Friday nights.

People called Barry Goldwater a racist because he didn't support some "Civil Rights" legislation in the 1960s. He argued that people had a right to serve, or refuse service to anyone they D@mn well pleased, because it was their business, and they could run it as they saw fit.
He was overruled by the less intelligent members of Congress, and now we have laws requiring people to serve members of a "protected class" whether they want to or not.
People talk about "The government shouldn't legislate morality. " Well that's exactly what this sort of law is.
And now the mentally ill, disease ridden queers have wormed their way into the category of "Protected class."
There will be much misery and suffering in this nation before sanity gets restored.

Could this be the old P-Club on Lombard and Portsmouth in North Portland? If so, I spent much time in there as a youth and new the owners.
The bar should sue the trannies for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Politicians decided they were gods and not human beings.
Then he could have acted appalled at the "intolerance" the patrons showed and promised to have a long talk with them about diversity and inclusion ... over beers.
Bear in mind that a judge is nothing but a politically well connected shyster. That said, the Oregon legal/political system is totally corrupt from the downtown law office all the way to the State Capitol. It is not just the queer thing.
I thought that we had freedom of association?
Therefore it seems like we would have the right to not associate with those we do not agree with.

I say that if there were any damages, and it stretching it to find any that exist, the fine should be about $2.98.
If they continue to complain or are dumb enough to come to the bar again and somebody puts their 2 cents in they could be paid with a three dollar bill.
That ended with the civil rights act of 1964. Once we as a country accepted that government has the right to dictate which discrimination is allowed and which isn't the right to free association died.

They claim to be the side on which love won, but do anything other than applaud them, and you’re labeled and hater and they can issue death threats in the name of “love and tolerance”.
