How did you italicize your text on FR?
Put an I between these brackets <> at the beginning and end of your sentence.
Start italics with the characters: <I>
Stop italics with the characters: </I>
The "I" can be uppercase or lowercase "I".
Click on my name. Scroll to the bottom of my profile page. There are some html codes you can copy and paste, to use in your posts.
For italics, type < i > (without the spaces) to begin italics. Afterward, type < /i > (without the spaces) to end italics.
Once you introduce html to a post, you must use it throughout that post. For example, simply hitting the Return key will not create a new paragraph. You’ll need to use < P > or < /P > (without the spaces) after each paragraph. If you don’t use html in a post, you can post a url (web address) and it will automatically be converted to a hotlink (clickable). Not so if you’ve used any html in the post. Then you would need to use the html code for posting hotlinks.
