Socialism can be made to work in small homogeneous nations where all, or almost all, regard themselves as members of a large extended family.

That’s not the USA.

That’s no longer true with mass Third World immigration into Scandinavia.

Social democracy doesn’t work under those conditions.

Not even. Even in those places, it is in a constant state of reform trying to find the perfect "third way".

Look at the mess Sweden was before the reforms. Norway only somewhat works because of the oil money.

Doesn't matter anyway, because none of these places is homogeneous anymore and growing less by the day. Literally.
