Is there a list of all 187 who voted that way?

Three Republicans broke ranks to vote against the funding freeze: Reps. Charlie Dent (R-Pa.), Robert Dold (R-Ill.) and Richard Hanna (R-N.Y.). The Democrats voting to defund were Reps. Dan Lipinski (D-Ill.) and Rep. Collin Peterson (D-Minn.), who are both opposed to abortion rights.

Its not relevant that 187 voted or who the 187 are.
The key votes were decades ago in the SCOTUS decision on abortion.
The key votes were in the early 90s when congress authorized the use of fetal tissue in research.
The GOP is not really trying to change anything. They just want to throw this up because they think it will help in election 2016.
The same thing with the Iran nuclear agreement, its for the 2016 election.

All the dems, minus Lipinski Jr. (IL), and Peterson (MN), plus 3 RINOS, Dold (IL), Hanna (NY), and Dent (PA). (2 rats were absent but they would have voted yes so it’s really 189)
Dent is in a low risk seat but didn’t even have a primary challenger the last 2 elections despite being a top abortion booster in the GOP. Fail.
