Simply, Carly Fiorina took a company long on innovation and new product development and turned it into the most outdated industrial-era sort of company. Rather than having HP pursue new technologies and products in the development of new markets, like the company had done since its founding creating the market for electronic testing equipment, she plunged HP into a generic manufacturing war.

George Washington, God bless him, so wanted to see a united America and no partisan factions. But the ink was hardly dry on the Constitution that the big-government versus small government factions were at war over a Central Bank. Thus it has always been: proponents of small limited government fighting big government factions and thus, partisan politics. There will ALWAYS be those for more and more government power. Better to have conflict from those lovers of freedom, than “unity” as we all go down with the ship of huge, unconstitutional government.
The Plan my crystal ball told me is this: Goad Trump with some insults or old statements he made 15 years ago about women—he explodes and says something in his counter attack the MSM can put on a loop of tape and play over and over again until people believe he hates woman. As the Nazis knew—say something long enough, loud enough, and people will believe it. Trump better be cool—be ready—be witty and sharp and not fall into that Megyn Kelly Type Trap. It might come from the CNN People or Rand Paul, Carly F. or even Jindal or Bush III. The election could be won or lost in Simi Valley Tomorrow night. The War or Women is the Hillary attack to carve a path to the White House and 4 years of corruption and wealth.
I hope they fade, because neither of them is remotely qualified to be POTUS.
No, “best corporate culture” in terms of making the workplace an enjoyable place to be, no layoffs, very high morale, disdain for reviews and punishment, and big benes enough to attract and keep the cream of the crop from around the world. I grew up in Palo Alto and saw first hand how Dave and Bill carefully created a company, not for the next quarter, but for the next generation. The value of their culture was genuine. Fiorina had no regard for that culture but obviously put her own career first.
