Politically? No...
In this woman’s defense, some folks aren’t into politics. Even if they are superficially, they may not grasp what Bush and Christie really are in the overall scheme of things.
She’s probably echoing some comments she heard from others.
What bothers me here is the fact they asked this question at all.
If asked about Obama, they would have said, “Oh, I think it’s so wonderful to have a Black man running. No political value whatsoever...”
With Trump it’s a set-up, with a sure negative response, and exactly what they were looking for.
The question phase jumped the shark over a decade or more ago.
“I think we should recycle!”

That could be. She is supposed to be a poli sci major, though.
A lot of the feeling against Trump comes from people who (really or metaphorically) did really well in AP American Government. And it pains them that a loud, brash outsider jumps in the race and ends up ahead of other Poli Sci/AP American Government types.
Whether she's saying this because she's dumb or uneducated or because she's echoing what people told her in school or because Trump doesn't fit into her view of the world, people should be big enough not to be threatened or outraged by what some beauty queen somewhere has to say (you especially, Donald Trump, don't take it all so personally).
