Federal and state governments are planning new law on compulsory letting vacant homes to refugees. The Regulation is primarily aimed at unused commercial properties. It is not excluded that even condos and homes covered by the proposed law.
According to research of the ARD Berlin Studios federal and state governments are planning the introduction of Acceleration Act that forced temporary rentals will enable vacant properties to provide accommodation for refugees and asylum seekers.
As is apparent from a position paper of the federal-state working group that reports from the ARD studio, the law is primarily aimed at unused commercial properties. It is not excluded that even condos and homes covered by the proposed law.
Kai Warnecke from homeowners and property owners association rejects this measure:... "We are currently experiencing a broad exposure to many of the 900 House and Site Teams apartments private landlords already be with municipalities jointly offered the refugees a commitment we intend to continue coercive, however reject we from. "
Also from the Union faction comes criticism. Erika Steinbach, Chairman of the Working Group on Human Rights and Humanitarian Aid of the CDU / CSU parliamentary group, told the ARD: "This is an expropriation and such expropriation is all about only with a legal regulation and I think that is the wrong signal, and I do not think so that there will be as much joy in the German Bundestag about it. "
It will, no doubt, be a problem here too. A new paper for Hussein to use his pen on as he colonized our country with “refugees” and ILLEGALS.

And how long will the owners have to “rent” to their unwanted unvetted unwashed tenants? Gee eviction will be fun!

Once offloaded, and under armed military control to prevent them from turning the weapons on their “liberators”, pass out the weapons and ammo with a map pointing out where current satellite images indicate the folks they’ve fled are located, pat them on the back and wish them luck!
If you see some risk that these guys are, in fact, BAD guys and giving them weapons and ammo might be a big mistake as they would be used against the good guys, compared to what obozo left behind and the Iraqis ABANDONED to ISIS – 2,300 yes, TWENTY THREE HUNDRED, HUMVEES and other combat vehicles and only God knows how much other stuff – a few thousand more M16s in the hands of ISIS is a drop in the bucket!
BTW, why wouldn’t that work for the Mexican and Central American illegals here? Only difference is that the folks they need to take out are the crooked politicians and drug cartels now running – and, just like here – RUINING their homelands?

I was thinking the same thing; this isn’t so different from how we’re forced to shoulder the burden of the foreign invaders from the south. Just like our permanent unassimilated underclass, we’re forced to pay for EVERYTHING for our immigrants (both legal & illegal). While we’re taxed to death while simultaneously trying to pay our own way, our newcomers have everything provided for them (compliments of us): rent, education, food, healthcare...

I have heard that Germans go and live in Turkey ( or used to recently) part of the year rather than pay high utility bills.
The government will probably make the vacation owners pay the utilities the invaders use.
In our constitution, an interpretation is, not being able to control your own property is a form of tyranny, because that means your labor and the reward for such is not controlled by you, hence it is slavery.
I wonder if the Germans have such understanding in their democratic governmental documents.
Years ago, our German exchange student said the Germans don’t particularly like the Turks. That certain times of the year, Germans set out their trash for them and that you’ll see them hauling off broken refrigerators and whatnot. I’ve been leery of asking him what he thinks of the invasion since he was raised by a psychologist mama, was educated in a private liberal school and saw nothing wrong with gay marriage years ago.
Forgot to say his mama has a vacation home so it’ll be interesting. Since he’s not married to his long time gf, maybe she can claim residence in their house and he will have to claim residence at the vacation home.
