Bund plans forced rentals of vacant homes to refugees
09/12/2015
Federal and state governments are planning new law on compulsory letting vacant homes to refugees. The Regulation is primarily aimed at unused commercial properties. It is not excluded that even condos and homes covered by the proposed law.
According to research of the ARD Berlin Studios federal and state governments are planning the introduction of Acceleration Act that forced temporary rentals will enable vacant properties to provide accommodation for refugees and asylum seekers.
As is apparent from a position paper of the federal-state working group that reports from the ARD studio, the law is primarily aimed at unused commercial properties. It is not excluded that even condos and homes covered by the proposed law.
Kai Warnecke from homeowners and property owners association rejects this measure:... "We are currently experiencing a broad exposure to many of the 900 House and Site Teams apartments private landlords already be with municipalities jointly offered the refugees a commitment we intend to continue coercive, however reject we from. "
Also from the Union faction comes criticism. Erika Steinbach, Chairman of the Working Group on Human Rights and Humanitarian Aid of the CDU / CSU parliamentary group, told the ARD: "This is an expropriation and such expropriation is all about only with a legal regulation and I think that is the wrong signal, and I do not think so that there will be as much joy in the German Bundestag about it. "
Oh, this is going to cause a BIG problem in Germany.
So who is paying the rent?
Let me guess — the same taxpayers who are being forced to rent these out.
Maybe ‘homeowners’ (since they don’t really control their property, how can they be considered homeowners?) should consider having ‘accidental’ fires in their vacant properties?
Maybe after the terrorists have moved in...
Especially since Erica Steinbach doesn't think there will be much joy in the Bund about this ....
And those chumps thought that the freeloaders in Greece was their biggest problem.
There is no gain for the ‘refugee’ (or really, Europe's illegal alien problem) with this type of system, and much for the local population to lose as they become victims to crimes committed by these illegals.
You put them in a central location, you hold compulsory classes in cooking with products commonly available, you hold language classes, you hold civics classes - you teach your new permanent residents (as you know they're never going back to Syria) how to communicate and live in their new land. You teach them to adapt.
And when some smart arse stands up in class and says that Allah's way is much better, point out to them that they're more than welcome to use those plane tickets in the little holder by the door and go back to Allah's lovely lands which they're fleeing from.
Or maybe they could kids, neighbors, or family members in them for a nominal (1 Euro) rent?
Will they be given schooling on hygiene and use of basic toilet facilities, before occupancy?
Tell them the kitchen sink is not a toilet!
By extension then, maybe German families should also just move into their living rooms and make room for their own illegal aliens to take over their bedrooms.
Windfall tax on the rent, high percentage.
Incurred extra costs for the govt to administer the transactions.
I estimate tax equal to all the rent paid, plus 50% of the rent amount extra for admin.
Plus increased property tax because unit is ‘always rented’.
Plus extra tax for increased police coverage due to increased population (I did not say ... imigrants).
/s for now. Will be true later.
Shades of Comrade Kaprugina in Doctor Zhivago.
Wow, 500,000 instant section 8 tenants who are used to getting everything for free and despise the people who give to them. They are already rampaging through supermarkets and taking what they want and riding trains for free because no one dares confront a surly mob of possible murderers
And who share no concept of German orderliness and sanitation standards.....
Yeah, this won’t end well....
I see a lot of homes going up in flames in the near future.
Boot prints on the toilet seats
Seen that
You can probably get a good deal right now on renting a vacation villa in Germany
Bund plans forced rentals of vacant homes to refugees (Germany)
Including that little summer cabin on the lake, or the neighbor's ski lodge.
Bet the insurance rates are going to skyrocket.
