Isn’t his party the Democrat one?
Willard Romney
TRUMP
Questions anyone?
.... I suppose the other side is so entertained by our continued epic failures that they are fashioning a new one for us with the help of the GOPe in time for the 2016 elections for their continued amusement.
Funny thing is that all this talk does not seem to include Romney.....
It’s just silly season folks....nothing to see here..except vapors..
The party needs Romney like the party needs a hole in the head. This guy is smoking crack.
Their definition of saved: Liberal lite.
The Boston Globe is worried that Hillary will lose. Their question: who would give the “First Woman President” a chance of winning the position to which she is entitled based on her patience with Bill? Mitt might just be weak enough, so they are supporting him.
I see his point. Wendel Wilke is dead and all.
This is the equivalent of your doctor telling you, “Joe, your cancer is back.”
Are you chitting me?
Mittens isn’t a bad man. I believe his heart is in the right place. But he already showed us that he folds when the going gets tough. (That wreck of a debate!) Plus he showed his bad judgment not only in crafting the first iteration of Obamacare, but also in relying on the computer program that showed he was far ahead in votes. We need someone instead who’ll go toe to toe with all comers. Cruz...or maybe Trump. Or Fiorina or Walker. But not Mittens.
I think it’s pretty entertaining how so many people that just HAD to vote for Mitt are now so upset by him.
If he was as bad as you say now, why pray tell did y’all flush your principles to vote for him then? Because the way he is being made out on this thread, he sure doesn’t sound like the ‘better’ option than Barry.
Funny how time skews perception.
The Glob is so worried about the Republican Party. They should be wanting their boy Romney to run on the Democrat ticket, which currently resembles a redux of The Three Stooges.
This article proves beyond a doubt just what absolute losers the Republican elites are.
They ran a sure loser in the last election and just like losers do, Romney lost the election...BIG TIME! Now, since little Jebbie seems to be hated by all conservatives, they want to run the sure loser (Romney) again.
Boy! I can say one thing: The motto of the Republican party “we go along to get along” and the suicidal lemming like drive to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory clearly shows that the party is absolutely BLIND to the “real world.”
The GOPe is so driven to enrich themselves and to keep their special fraternity of “good ole boys” together to rape the voters who put them into office for their own financial advancement.
How can anyone even stop to think this cancerous entity can be cured? The answer is that it can’t. It cannot be remade simply because the disease of cronyism, graft, lawlessness, pandering only to special interests, and total abandonment of support for the “small” conservative voter and of the tenets of our Constitution, Bill of Rights and freedoms in their drive for personal power and wealth.
We have only one chance and after that, all of the generation born after 1970 will “make their beds and lay in them to sleep.” As far as I am concerned, they have wrought the end of the America we older people once knew.
Hopefully he’ll pull an “accelerated Perry” by dropping out w/o first getting in....
This is so funny on so many fronts....First of all the writer believes what he is writing! Then its essentially calling Bush a complete bozo LOL! Then he insults the entire political consulting class...excellent!
What the GOPe, elites phoney writers, slimely consultants and RINOs cannot ever understand is voter integrity...basically conservative voters. The real majority.
You can define the word HATE many ways but be sure that conservatives “hate” their enemies but “hate” traitors more!
Mitt may be a good decent guy ,,or not but his time is up and voters are not in the mood for anymore BS!
Look at the source; Boston Globe, Michael Cohen, enough said. Nothing more lefty commie propaganda. The left would much rather take on Romney than Trump or Cruz.
The sort of obtuse silliness we’ve come to expect from The Boston Globe.
