I watched it live, Shep Smith deliberately talked over neary the entire presser while the attorney was making his remarks and did everything within his power to keep the lawyer and the U.S. Constitutional points he was making from being heard. Then he brought in two sodomite marriage supporting "lawyers" to counter everything Mrs. Davis's attorney had said, even though Fox News intentionally made sure their audience COULD NOT HEAR WHAT HE WAS SAYING in a direct attempt to control the "news" and to keep him from being heard. Then, after the bimbo talking head attorney's had made their rebuttal: "Davis is a government official therefore she has to obey the "law of the land"; Fox cut to commercial while Davis's attorney was still speaking! It was nothing short of a DISGRACE and contrary to Fox News "fair and balanced" mime; it was neither fair or balanced!

I was so disgusted I caged the channel to CNN but to no avail, CNN also controlled the "news" by not letting their audience hear what Davis's attorney was saying either. They stuck the video of the attorney in a small box WITHOUT AUDIO so that their audience could not hear what he was saying either!

Fox's Shep Smith along with the talking head bimbo attorney's proceeded to talk over Governor Huckabee when he spoke as well, then they cut him off. To CNN'S credit, they aired ALL of Huckabee's remarks in there entirety.

This incident served an important reminder as to why I have not been watching Fox News; they are no different from the rest; Fox "News" and the overwhelming majority of their "news" staff do not support America, American interests, or conservative American, Judeo-Christian morals, ethics or values the country was and still founded upon.
