This is for the lawabiding citizen, not the uninsured or the illegal alien ro your typical criminal elements and gangmembers. Like gun control it is a way to back door thier original plans, the state will pass into law every car with a license in NY will be required to have this device installed so they can track you and refuse you entry into certain high traffic areas like manhattan, check your gas usage and alot you “carbon credits” to restrict your driving(sound familiar)?????? see where im going with this?
