I don't think this particular person will make much of a difference in the election. The case is pretty convoluted, involving whether or not there actually is a law that has to be followed, did the USSC void that law, if so, what stands in its place? etc. I'm guessing she'll be quietly let out and will quietly resign.

They started out by just dusting off the same ole speeches and rhetoric they have used for decades: smaller government, lower taxes, fewer government regulations, yada yada yada.

No one believes them. Look at Capitol Hill. Both majority leaders ran on promises and both have abrogated those promises after they became majority leaders.

Trump has forced the other GOP wannabes to focus on some issues that impact the daily lives of average citizens. No wonder the GOPElitists hate him. They prefer the status quo.

Which is Fascism. There can NEVER be Just Law which promotes the sodomization of others——it promotes using human beings as a means to an end and in irrational, vile, purposeless ways——it is reducing man to godless animal (stripping dignity) (Marxist/muslim Worldview).

We are FLIPPING our “Justice” System to a VICE SYSTEM when we promote sodomy or killing babies etc. And that is HOW we got to where we are NOW. Cicero stated (correctly) that when you have a SYSTEM of “Just Law” which promotes evil-—theft (welfare) or any vice-—you will destroy civil society eventually. Vice breeds vice and division and hate.

Republics need Trust, Love, Dignity and Purpose.....and most of all NATURAL LAWS (REASON AND LOGIC AND SCIENCE)-——a set of coherent, logical Laws......which promote “public virtue” (Montesquieu). ‘Laws that cease to be Just (virtuous), cease to be Law” All “law” which promotes vice is “null and void” (Justice Marshall).

The SCOTUS threw out Reason (Natural Law Theory/God’s Works) from our Constitution. That is impossible without 86ing the Constitution of the USA and imposing Mao’s or Stalin’s constitution-—which is unconstitutional.

The SCOTUS people who ejected the Constitution (and Reason) should GO to PRISON or an insane asylum, NOW.
