I wonder if you know that Davis is an Elected Democrat? I was not aware that Elected officials were eligible for Firing? Wouldn’t she need to be impeached?
This ugly-a$$ thing will win, but Kim Davis doesn’t have a chance in a country that is hell bent on eliminating Christianity.
Prediction: with the community organizer and Muslim sympathizer and many Muslims in the White House, the Muslim flight attendant will win. The Christian Kentucky clerk will lose. This is life in America, 2015.
Thank you for asking! I did in fact know she was elected. I believe she should be removed from office. She can not perform her job properly. As I stated before, if there is a reason why you can not perform your duty in any form of work, you need to move aside for someone who can.

Although I agree with you, I also disagree. We will be seeing more and more of this now. Trust me. “I can’t do my job because it goes against my faith”.
I get it. Jobs change. As does some people’s faith. When that happens though, get out of the way. There are plenty of people who want to sling drinks on a plane, issue licenses, serve coffee or kill terrorist. Let the people who agree to the job, do the job.
Can’t fire an elected official. They would have to impeach her. She shouldn’t be in jail.
The ruling only invalidated that part of state laws that prevented them from issuing marriage licenses to same sex couples. The balance of the laws remained in effect. So there is a law in place that Kim Davis was violating when she refused to issue marriage licenses. That is her whole position; complying with the law and issuing marriage licenses to same sex couples violates her deeply held religious beliefs and she cannot in good conscience abide by the law. Not that there is no law that allowed marriage licenses to be issued in the first place.
What law are freepers siding with in the case of the muslim? What law are they not siding with in the case of theChristian woman?
And that's this person's argument - the rules can be changed to accommodate her religious beliefs as well.
She should be suspended from her duties and impeached. No pay. She refused to issue not only lisences for gays but all licenses. She is shirking her duties and should be let go.
She needs to be released from jail and sent home. Her next job can be somewhere she can enjoy her work. Something that doesn’t go against her faith.
The flight attendant and anyone else who wants to play these games? Fire them all. Worthless, lazy people who want to put God or their creator as a reason to not work? Whatever.

The expression on her face is frightening. I wouldn’t want to eat or drink anything that she prepared or served.
If the people of KY feel that Davis is not peforming her duties then she should be impeached and if during her impeachment hearings it is determined that she is guilty, then she should be removed from office. That is the proper procedure - the rule of law that should be followed.
She should not be put in jail to try to force her to violate her conscience or to force her to resign. That is not the way America is supposed to be.
As for the muslim, I agree she should be fired for not doing her job, but unfortunately the employer may be forced by the government to offer “reasonable accommodation.” If the muslim has to receive reasonable accommodation then why not the Christian?
I would never hire a muslim let alone vote for one.
I agree with you completely. Hopefully the muslim gets no accomidation. She went into the service industry knowing full well that she would be serving alcohol. She deserves nothing. She is taking advantage of a situation to get a payout. I hope they just walk her, pay her until the end of the month and ban her from working with any company affiliated with the airline.

I stand by what I have said. She should not be in jail. She should be impeached and kicked out of this elected office. She is an elected servant who does not want to do her job. She should not be in her position.
