Egyptian telecom tycoon Naguib Sawiris, who's reportedly worth $3 billion, says he wants to buy an island for the thousands of refugees facing terrible danger as they flee from war in Syria and other places.

Now THAT idea has merit~ Let it practice playing doctor with them,negotiating playing cowboys and Indians.
Nah, they wouldn’t stay, they would have to work to build their own country and be responsible for their own lives, why go to all that trouble when they can just come to western countries and mooch for free off the shrinking middle classes for the rest of their lives, or until,they finally kill the host? Plus, they’d wind up having a war between one type of Muslim and another type, they always do, and half of them would want to refugee to the nearest western countries anyway.

that’s a nice offer but there’s no need as the UN plans to send 70% of the world’s “refugees” to the U.S..
Yeah, it’s odd how the muslim refugees flee to Europe, often passing through Turkey & other stable muslim countries.
