The Kentucky clerk has gained national-wide attention for her refusal to issue gay couples a marriage license in spite of the Supreme Court's landmark ruling in June that same-sex couples have the right to marry.
Davis, who has lived in Rowan County all her life, has repeatedly cited "God's authority" as her reason for defying the federal courts and denying the marriage licenses.

She was not a Christian until four years ago, so these details from her past are irrelevant.
The reality is that she learned from leading a life guided by her own whims instead of God’s word. She is the exact opposite of a hypocrite; she is a person who learned from the school of hard knocks and now speaks both from personal experience and from an understanding of scripture. Liberals hate that, so they are lying to call her a “hypocrite”, which is their go-to accusation if a frivolous charge of “racist” isn’t enough.

I don’t know much about rickyricardo. But if he got the zot for simply posting that article, then how come Tangled Up can post essentially the same article but with more snark?
Jesus went on that cross for all of mankind, even serial killers as weird as that might be to understand. He loves us all and my sins are no bigger or lighter than anybody’s. Jesus is pure love and our churches have defined His message through the Bible and decided to tell us what He meant in His teaching and they are wrong in my opinion. Christ is in me and me in Him not in a church these days. I hope you find Him where He really is.
