The Kentucky clerk has gained national-wide attention for her refusal to issue gay couples a marriage license in spite of the Supreme Court's landmark ruling in June that same-sex couples have the right to marry.
Davis, who has lived in Rowan County all her life, has repeatedly cited "God's authority" as her reason for defying the federal courts and denying the marriage licenses.

Marriage absolutely IS about procreation; indeed that is its fundamental aspect. Procreation is the natural result of male-female sexual union. The capacity to procreate may be diminished (even to zero) in certain men and women; age, illness, injury and defect combine to have this effect. Regardless, procreation is at the center of male-female sexual union. A healthy man and a healthy woman can procreate.
Homosexual sodomy can NEVER, by its very nature, lead to procreation. There is no physical act two males can do with their bodies that will produce a baby. There no physical act two females can do with their bodies that will produce a baby.

Health has nothing to do with it. Procreation is not part of the NATURE of homosexual acts. Hence, homosexual "marriage" is an absurdity. No court, no legislature, to bureaucrat can change nature.

Before repenting and surrendering my life to Christ, I was a drunkard, a drug-addict, a sexual fornicator, and a habitual gambler. However, for some 35 years now, I have been free of those things, and called of God to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. What a man or woman does prior to conversion is mute to God, for those who truly come to Him are described as “new creatures in Christ, old things having passed away, and all things becoming new.” I am not the same person today that I was 35 years ago. Jesus Christ changes lives.

And honestly...she should not signed it...and I've already declared I will never marry a same-sex couple and that if they jail me they jail me. Serial divorce is serial adultery...and its sin. As I stated...I do not know when these divorces happened....before or after her conversion...of if she is even converted at all. But if she is...and if all of this happened after her profession of faith...GOD HIMSELF says WE judge those INSIDE the Body of Christ. HE judges those outside the body...so in essence you are saying she's lost if God is the judge of her sins.
If she IS saved...her sins have already been judged on the Cross...as have mine and yours if you have put your faith in Christ. But WE are allowed to call it sin and to say "REPENT!"
