You are entitled to your opinion but if most folks share your opinion the nation is doomed to tyranny. And that is a fact not an opinion.

You are right. I just believe that as a Christian and a moral person she is going about this in a wrong way.

"He showed leadership on a lot of things since he became a Senator. Recently he helped organise the Iran protest back when Trump said he wouldnt tear it up, hed police it." LOL, I remember a thread about that. Some of Trump's supporters were swooning over his brilliant strategy.

I want to see that POS in ankle chains and cuffs. He’s been breaking the law since he took office.

They need to decide this on their own.
Invoking that sort of veiled threat is much more likely to have the opposite reaction, however they might actually understand what judicial tyranny feels like when exercised through law enforcement.
I’ll leave that up to you, but it seems to be the same tactic that you are trying to say is abusive and unconstitutional.

I feel as though we’ve lost so much religious freedom in the last six years...enough.
If this is the hill that will return our God given freedom, then So Be It.
I stand with Ted. Take that hill.
To: Cold Heat
How is this a veiled threat? Abusive and unconstitutional??
Please reconsider your stance against Kim Davis, Ted Cruz and even Jim Robinson.....
All I'm doing is pointing - politely pointing - out the errors of their thinking.

So far Cruz and huckabee have stood with Freedom on this issue. Where are the others! Walker and Jindal also. Paul, sorta.
To: Responsibility2nd
Yes you are, but I find using Jim Rob as a foil to be a bit wrongheaded.
I have had those types of “veiled threats” as I called them, used many times against me when I had a contrary opinion to someone on the forum. I spent so much time thinking about the perceived insult that there was no possible way to reconsider my position.
I hope maybe that clears up any misunderstanding. If not, I can try to elucidate further.

Clerk Davis is following the law of Kentucky on this, since it prohibits same-sex marriage. The Supreme Court and a federal judge have no right—no **right** right—to say otherwise.
To: Charles Henrickson
Not sure, but I would assume the maybe Jindal will chime in, but the rest are likely to remain silent..

Since I am a firm believer in States Rights, I would agree with you, however, the Supreme Court and a Federal Judge don’t and for years (since states won’t stand up and fight) they have been in charge.

If religious liberty is not a hill to die on, then this country is truly on its way to the dustbin of history. If we fail to defend this hill, then no other hill is worth defending. We might as well let it burn down and start from scratch. That's the spirit!

Walker and Jindal **did** speak up on the right side of this.
