True, but Michelle NEVER, EVER lead in any national poll, EVER...NEVER...EVER.
If you equate Michelle Bachmann, and her impact on the country and polls to Trump, you are grasping at Iowa straws.
A feather and a 16 pound bowling ball do not have the same result when they fall on your foot.
Didn’t Ronaldus Magnus poll poorly at first? I heard that recently somewhere, so I don’t know how factual that may be.
And Trump will gain another 5 or 6 points.
Reagan polled worse than Carter right up until the very end. Then won in a landslide.
You didn't address this to me but .....
Nope
Just not going to happen. Cruz apparently (see polls) is stuck at 4-8%. I think I know why, but Cruzers don’t like to hear it. Has nothing to do with any particular policy.
The people are sick of career politicians. Carson and Trump are leading and they have never been elected to public office.
I think he doesn’t have the force of personality to break out.
I say this having donated three times to him already.
Cruz is a great person that could do a great job though, but IMO is going the way of Rand Paul and others.
He’s working his best to maintain 6-8%.
I’m afraid this election he isn’t doing it.
Some people are positing about Trump getting support from all the others; from Jeb, Christie, Kasich. Why can’t I suppose that Cruz will get all of their supporters and Trump having a dive?
LS, the question is rhetorical, but I can dream, can’t I?
Well the answer is that if you look at polls that say “#2 choice,” Cruz is NOT the #2 choice of those other candidates. Trump or Carson is. So, yeah, you can dream but reality is that he isn’t going to be the beneficiary of whoever drops out.
Carson was on rural tv (farm channel) giving an zzzz interview zzz about zzzz policy zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
It was definitely loooooooow energy.
That’s why I think soon he will peak, if he hasn’t already. He and Trump in that way would make a good pair. Very different styles.
It’s hard to complain about this line-up at this point in the race. I expect to see Cruz’ popularity rise after the next debate, if he’s given more than three minutes.
