My state already has sanctions against Iran.
Medellín v. Texas
Medellín v. Texas, 552 U.S. 491 (2008), is a United States Supreme Court decision that held that even if an international treaty may constitute an international commitment, it is not binding domestic law unless Congress has enacted statutes implementing it or unless the treaty itself is "self-executing." Also, the Court held that decisions of the International Court of Justice are not binding domestic law and that, without authority from the United States Congress or the Constitution, the President of the United States lacks the power to enforce international treaties or decisions of the International Court of Justice.

The Republican Party needs to be fired mostly and the Democrat one with all the socialist and communist needs to die out IMO.

The Call of Abram
12 The Lord had said to Abram, Go from your country, your people and your fathers household to the land I will show you.

I will make you into a great nation,
and I will bless you;
I will make your name great,
and you will be a blessing.
3
I will bless those who bless you,
and whoever curses you I will curse;
and all peoples on earth
will be blessed through you.

I hope we in TN vote him out in 2016 but I fear he will win big. We have way too many RINO’s in the state.

The repubes were to cowardly to stand up and fight this Iran deal this close to the election. They feared a media gang up on them, so they purposefully concocted this Corker bill for cover. It ain’t our fault. Geesh they make me sick.
They most likely wanted the dems to take all the heat for it passing. Now they can go out and cry and whine about the horrible deal the dems passed and use it for election purposes.
The traitore dems are happy as pigs in sheet because they don’t care about America or Israel.
The devious and scummy repubes abdicated their duty to the American people to stand up against the treachery of Obama.
What a cowardly and shameful bunch of cretins. These bastards don’t deserve to win a damn thing.

Corker bill or no Corker bill, Obama’s “Iran deal” is not a treaty, therefore is not binding on the States, has only the force and effect he gives it through executive action, and will end on January 20, 2017.
The Congress and the President cannot amend the Constitution by legislation.

According to McCarthy there are still some actions that may be taken by the republicans..
WELL, THEY HAD BETTER DO SOMETHING, FORTHWITH.

What is especially disgusting to me is that Cruz, the supposed brilliant constitutional lawyer and the FreeRepublic saint to conservatives signed away his constitutional right of veto right along with them.
The fact that he is holding this anti-Iran rally is about as hypocritical as it can be.
If he's so brilliant he must have known how devastating this could be to Israel. The man is an outright fraud of the highest order.
What he did by signing that bill is sacrilege in my opinion.

Iran deal is not a treaty... will end on January 20, 2017But by then Iran will have gotten the $150 billion which is currently frozen.
The money is what Iran is after in the deal. They'll continue building nukes, deal or no deal.
