I disagree with Limbaugh on this. Conservatives have no reason to believe that Trump is one of us, except - perhaps - on the one issue of illegal immigration. He has a long track record of expressing liberal views on most issues. I almost think he’s a liberal Trojan Horse, intended to disrupt the normal Republican primary process and throw it into chaos.

In a last ditch effort to demoralize the conservative majority in the Republican Party they are calling us fake conservatives because we back Trump. They don’t get it, WE KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TRUMP IS. He is a cringe worthy ex democrat YANKEE blow hard. But we are gambling he will deliver on THE critical issue of our time - the invasion of the USA from all over the world. Colonization.

You must not have listened to Rush today. He said that he doesn't consider Trump to be a "conservative", but he said that these clowns like this WSJ nut and these other Republican "elites" were completely missing the point.

He said the anger of the American people goes way beyond "conservative/liberal" posturing and terminology. He correctly pointed out that these "conservatives" have not accomplished one single thing, they just talk or write about things, and do absolutely nothing.

He also pointed out how the republicans won the House in 2010, and said they needed to win the Senate in order to actually do anything, then they won the Senate in 2014, and now claim they have to win the Presidency in order to do anything. They are all-talk, worthless, do-nothings.

I agree with you 100%. I don’t believe Trump is a conservative. He might be like a southern democrat but he’s no Ronald Reagan. I’ve stopped listening to Rush. It’s all Trump all the time w/ no analysis of Trump. All he does is talk polls. I might as well be watching CNN.

“I almost think he’s a liberal Trojan Horse, intended to disrupt the normal Republican primary process and throw it into chaos.”

“Almost think"? Or you think? Come on Sparky, out with it. Commit for Heaven's sake. It is, after all, an important contention. I wanted to respond to what you said but can't if you use weasel words to express yourself.

I enjoy Alex Jones too, but not everything is an elaborate conspiracy plot just because.

And exactly what “chaos” has taken place other than Jeb getting knocked off his perch? As if the Democrats were so afraid of him in the first place. Also, what was the normal primary process other than the right splitting votes and the GOPe winning?

Without holding any office, Trump has killed any talk of amnesty, dealt a mortal blow to PC, kicked Bush half off the stage and set the tone for the election. Get it now?

Oh, unlike the GOPe that use their Trojan Horses to disrupt any conservative from winning while they shove McLame and Magic Underwear down our throat.

Besides the point. The fact is that neither is Bret Stephens, probably George Will, others who are on Trump’s case, “one of us.”

How many of his dpeeches, presders, and interviews have you watched?

I suspected the same six weeks ago, but I am now absolutely convinced that he’s sincere on “Making America great again”. He does get our view in numerous eays, even though some of his past positions—and defenses thereof—are a bit messy.

You have no reason to believe any of those we elected are conservatives.

He also today said, what good has it done us to vote for those that espouse Conservative issues yet never seem to get anything done? They don't even talk up the issues after election.

The normal Republican primary process was rigged to put Jeb Bush as the nominee. Nobody else had a chance. With Trump it not only gives him a chance but Cruz as well.
