Being an employee is different. If you can’t sell birth control pills don’t work in a pharmacy. If you can’t issue lawful wedding licenses don;’t be a city or county clerk. If you can’t do abortions don’ work at Planned Parenthood, in the OR or leave and go to a catholic or methodist hospital. Rights don’t trump employer rules and services. If you are openly gay and living in a gay sexual relationship don’t teach at catholic school.

The fact that some one at Abercrombe and Fitch can wear a hijab is a violation of this long standing principle. Employers have the right to determine the products and services. Public agencies have to carry out lawful services. The court has ruled this to be lawful.

The court has ruled this to be lawful.

And if the court rules that you have to issue slave ownership papers, no doubt you will be out there telling us that it is our duty to obey the law.

No, the excuse "We were just following orders!" went out with the Nazis. Nowadays we must do what we believe to be moral, despite evil judges telling us to the contrary.

I am becoming increasingly of the opinion that we should stop obeying laws. Especially those laws that protect the interests of people who want to shove our faces into crap; Who want to pipe sewage water through the veins of society.

If there is no moral underpinning to the law, then there is no compelling interest in obeying laws which you can get away with breaking.

You should watch this. This is a Harvard Professor talking about an exchange he had with a Chinese student. It is 1 minute and 38 seconds. I wanted to find the text of his words, but all I can find are videos, but there is a point in what he is saying that I think people need to understand.

Even Libertarians.

She was given the job without this vile requirement. Her state defined marriage as only between one man/one woman. The evil justices forced the entire nation to recognize as equal something intrinsically not equal. Ok. But an accommodation should be made for this woman. Otherwise you have the government showing preference to deviancy and finding unfit to serve those who hold basic Judeo-Christian morals. It is essentially outlawing Christians and orthodox Jews from holding many government jobs. The moral become defined as immoral and the immoral are treated as favored and special.

There is no statute, only a judicial edict. They have abused the power of their office by exercising its power beyond its authority.

Go tell that to the self-employed bakers, florists, caterers, etc - who are being sued by government for not kowtowing to depraved reprobate sodomite queers.

This is going to end only one way - the same way such things have always been settled - by the barrel of a gun ... And THAT is as it should be.

Oh, now the Extreme Court is the legislative branch of government? The court ruled a majority *opinion* (a worthless opinion, at that). It didn’t pass legislation. Why should anyone be compelled to obey an opinion? It must depend upon whose agenda is being served. Justice? In the New America(America In Name Only)? Think again.
