For the same reason they have BET, Black Enterprise Magazine, Ebony etc. Immune to prosecution of any sort because of their “years of slavery” and discrimination by whitey.

And what about the New Black Panthers? Nobody ever does anything about they’re crap. They showed up at a city council meeting in Norfolk VA a couple of years ago and threatened to burn the city down. What did Norfolk do? Nothing! Yesterday they threatened to sneak up on cops all over the coutry and execute them? Anyone get arrested? No. And no one will.
Much better to read about statements from Fox and the Blaze than to watch them. Almost a month Fox and Blaze free. Life is better.
