Yup. Water seeks it’s own level. Eventually, to steal a Mr. Spock movie line, the needs of the many will outweigh the needs of the few.
The problem as I see it is that people have become reliant on self delusion and outright lying to themselves. We are all 1930sGermany now. Everyone wants to inore the obvious or spend their hours convincing themselves that what their own eyes show them is somehow not the way it is.
What that invaribly leads to is a massive blow up that could be prevented if people would only act on the truth as it is, not the fantasy as they want it to be.

I don’t think this was the one but this could be it and I’m way off base. The linked judgement was $80k (down from millions) to the illegals even though it was a bunch of hooey. Can’t remember much other than I about fell over hearing the rancher could have or did go to jail and the illegals were suing for his ranch. Maybe the deed to the ranch was in the original charges. Either way, ridiculous.
