A Response to Free Republic Trump Critics
Vanity

Posted on 08/31/2015 12:43:37 AM PDT by Behind the Blue Wall

Why Trump?

1. Illegal immigration is the only issue; if it's not stopped soon, America will become like California -- a demographic one-party state.

2. Politics is about name-recognition and none of the other candidates besides Trump has the name recognition to challenge Jeb Bush or Hillary Clinton.

Therefore, Trump is the only candidate with a chance to win who has promised to do the only thing that matters.

Poor Scott. I kinda like him, but George Will’s wife works for him . Hard to get past guilt by association.

Please inform your candidate to buy better fitting suits. That jacket sleeve is ill fitting.

Looks like a wild time.

So tell me, does Scott Walker look like the next president to you?

Because he sure doesn’t look like the next president to me.

Just being honest man. Dude is a great big nothing burger.

Ah, Nick’s a good guy. He’s just very conservative and if this was anybody but Trump the past liberal comments would destroy a candidate.

I will definitely vote for Trump if he wins primary, and I LOVE that he says what I would want to say if I was rich!!! Like bashing hitlery, Huma, Wiener, the repubs in congress, and on and on.

But Ted is and has been conservative throughout his career.

I think Nick has trouble believing this guy changed on So Many views so fast. I respect that.

But the other options are awful.

Trump/Cruz 16 years!!

Wow.

Another hard hitting “George Will’s wife works for Walker campaign” post; this is standard for all campaigns.

Walker’s not my candidate, I prefer a conservative. That, by default, excludes liberal Donald Trump.

And read his not brilliant twitter feed for more unpresidential view.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2015/02/19/scott-walkers-brilliantly-boring-twitter-feed/

And here: http://www.newrepublic.com/article/122289/scott-walker-most-boring-presidential-candidate-ever

As datura wrote of Walker earlier today: But it’s still fun to watch him pee down his leg in full public view. Like a demolition derby. He makes Dan Quayle or Joe Biden seem like a 5 time Jeopardy champ.

There’s numerous threads all over here that display Trumps liberal past. Now Trumpeters will say “That was years ago” but the truth is that this new conservative persona Trump has adopted didn’t really come to fruition until 2011 when he was thinking about running for president.

Now dismiss your naivete and use your cynical mind for a second. Isn’t it more likely that Trumps road to Damascus moment in 2011 is more likely pandering than a true transformation? I mean before 2011, Trump was just another Obama fan who supported abortion, banning assault guns, called for the highest tax hike in U.S. history etc etc etc.

Theres a thread on here I posted which shows that Trump supported most of the Obama economic agenda including bank bailouts, auto bailouts and the stiumulus package.

TRUMP IS A FRAUD

What makes you think I didn’t read it?

All he had to do is redirect focus back to a southern wall, which he doesn’t support, but nope, he instead made an ass of himself, and now people are making fun of him over it.

That is how one fails.

Do not get any idea's. His wife will make an amazing first lady also. Now post picture of your candidates's first lady so we have a fair comparison.

Melania Trump

And you assume he won’t change his mind after he gets elected... He’s had many opposing positions on many things over the last 8 years or so. Trump is the hope and change while ignoring his past. How well can you predict the future if you ignore the past?

Sarah Palin was likewise described as charismatic, and did you know that Sarah said “Thank God he’s running!” when asked about Donald Trump?

I am glad he’s running too...
Glad Walker is also running..

ONLY Cruz is tested proven, confirmed, and is the right man for THIS JOB..
Trump is neither tested proven OR confirmed he will do what he says he will do..

And further HOW will he do what he says he will do..

BOGUARD CONGRESS like Obama does?.. or do his conniving?..
WE ALREADY HAVE THAT..

Talk of Trump’s height, his physical condition and his golf game are about as shallow as one can get. You remind me of the Perrybots who slobber all over each other while clamoring on about his hair. Incredibly shallow.

“Walker’s not my candidate, I prefer a conservative. That, by default, excludes liberal Donald Trump.”

As a Cruz guy does it hurt your heart to see all these Trumpsters attaching Cruz’s name to Trump as a VP choice?
And does it bother you that Cruz’s sole strategy right now to to cozy up to Trump in hope that he crashes and burns and so he (Cruz) can snipe Trumps support?

It’s Donald J. Trump, the liberal hero many here want for the GOP nominee.
