The "extremely serious" investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server while she served as secretary of state is being led by an FBI "A-team," an intelligence source told Fox News.
The source said the investigation is centered around 18 US Code 793, a section of the Espionage Act related to gathering and transmitting national-defense information.
Two emails reportedly found on Clinton's server from 2009 and 2011 contained information regarded as "Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information," one of the highest levels of classification.
The two emails were drawn out of a batch of 40 randomly selected from about 30,000 "work-related" emails that Clinton turned over to the State Department from her time as secretary of state, from 2009 to 2013.
Some of the information — such as communications intercepted via satellite or drone — is protected under the law 18USC798, which means they have tighter rules and higher penalties.
Massimo Calabresi of Time recently noted that the law "makes it a crime not just to knowingly mishandle such secrets, but also to use them 'in any manner prejudicial to the safety or interest of the United States.'"
As a result, the FBI's investigation has gone "way beyond what the intelligence community's Inspector General ever would do," a senior intelligence official familiar with the case told Time.
Earlier this month the New York Times shed light on the FBI's "unusual" decision to run the investigation out of its headquarters in Washington, DC.
"Nearly all [FBI] investigations are assigned to one of the bureau’s 56 field offices," according to The Times.

Yet, she wants us to believe she never sent or received any classified information while she served as our Secretary of State?

Anybody who supports Hillary Clinton after all this information has been revealed is stupid or a traitor and probably both.

Within the 30 email threads reviewed by Reuters, Clinton herself sent at least 17 emails that contained this sort of info. In at least one case it was to a friend, Sidney Blumenthal, an individual not employed by the US government.
The cunning Clintons are hiding plenty.....however, smirking Sid's emails should sound numerous L/E alarms.

But Sid's secret emails show that, while on the foundation payroll, ostensibly "promoting Bill's legacy," Blumenthal fed back-channel, usually unreliable, intelligence reports on Libya to then-Secy of State Clinton.
Hillary sent Sid's reports on to senior State official without attribution......as if they were her analyses.

The real question is who has more dirt on the other: the Clintons or Obama?
The Clintons are expert at collecting dirt. Obama has control of the FBI and other investigative resources.
Obama wants a successor who will cement his legacy. He does not seem to trust that Hillary is the one to do that.
Is all of the current negative news about Hillary just an attempt to say later — next summer — that Hillary was fully vetted and none of the negative allegations proved true?

It appears there has been no suspension of her Classified Status. Therefore nothing is being done. You don’t investigate when the subject has the ability to see what you are doing in real time.

If a news story comes out in a “reputable” MSM outlet that has suddenly found out shocking pieces of information about Urkel’s legally sealed past, you will find the Hillary investigation will go absolutely nowhere.
Despite the overwhelming sleaze of the Clintons they have a lot of well connected sycophants out there willing to do anything for their idols and there is no such thing as sealed documents.
