To my thinking, a MAC 10 in the hands of street freaks is even scarier than a real assualt rifle. None of which have any factual relationship to the article.
{shrug} I don’t think a typical street freak would aim either weapon particularly well. I’m not sure that would detract from CEP of the MAC-10; it surely would for most assault rifles.
