If the County Clerk were a Quaker, could she refuse to issue gun licenses?
If she were a Mormon, could she refuse to issue business licenses to liquor stores or coffee shops?
If she were an Orthodox Jew, could she refuse to issue a business license to a barbecue restaurant?
I agree. If she was to argue that the scotus decision illegally usurped power from the states, she might have an point. But that has nothing to do with her personal beliefs. this isn’t a private business. If her religious beliefs don’t allow her to do the job, she should resign.
Yep, this issues are exactly equivalent to hers. Shes offering herself up as a test case, fellow.
Stupid conjecture. The clerk ain't a quaker, and this ain't a gun license. The clerkain't a Mormon, and this ain't a coffee house. The clerk ain't a Jew, and this ain't barbeque.
"Libertarians" love to have liberty, but don't want religious people to have any.

Well, there’s the problem right there: We the sheeple have been so dumbed down that we accept the false assertion that the government has the right to steal our liberties and then license them back to us on its terms. We have allowed ourselves to be neutered.
Watch it. I was making the same point and got in trouble for it.
