I agree. If she was to argue that the scotus decision illegally usurped power from the states, she might have an point. But that has nothing to do with her personal beliefs. this isn’t a private business. If her religious beliefs don’t allow her to do the job, she should resign.
I see. CHRISTIANS NEED NOT APPLY TO GOVERNMENT JOBS, eh? That pesky morality of theirs, refusing to be forced to violate their sincerely-held beliefs, is such an impediment to almighty government doing what they want, right?

Agreed. This isn’t a private business, it’s the state. And I don’t want any government officials deciding for themselves which laws apply and which don’t.
