Awesome. Guess he didn’t take the magical mystical “pledge” that the media loves so much.

I always thought he was an indy. Just hope he makes it official.

Where can we donate?!
Trump doesn’t need the money, so work Sanders into your budget.

Gosh, I bet he’ll draw 20 or 30 votes away from the democrat candidate...

Where is the story about the DNC making him promise to not run 3rd party before the debates? Oh yeah, the DNC isn’t having debates.
The two parties are both run by the Oligarchs, they’re no different.

Besides, Hillary has been bought by every foreign country on earth in exchange for “donations” to the Clinton’s “charity”.

According to Ed Klein? I’d maybe wait for corroboration.

Possible Democrat civil war, plus a 3rd party threat.
Popcorn time.

Interesting. I honestly never considered the possibility of a Sanders 3rd party run. The political mad scientist in me would like to see how it would play out. Sanders is drawing far bigger crowds than Ralph Nader or other liberal independents of the past. I don’t believe he could win, but if Hillary is the Democratic nominee, Bernie just might pick off a deep blue state or three, especially in New England.
That, in and of itself, would be memorable. 1968 is the last time we saw a 3rd party candidate take any states, and before that I think it was in the 1940s, with Strom Thurmond running as the 3rd party candidate.

I have been predicting a rerun of 1860 for several years now:
Trump-Carson (R)
Sanders-Nader (C)
Biden-Warren (D)
Clinton-Bush (I)
Not sure yet about the 600 000 dead and 1/3 of the country in ruins.
