Fox News reporter Catherine Herridge said Tuesday that Hillary Clinton’s emails were classified under an executive order signed by President Obama.
Clinton said that the Justice Department investigation into whether classified material was mishandled on her server is a disagreement between the State Department and intelligence agencies on the classification of information.
“What you’re seeing now is a disagreement between agencies saying, you know what? They should have, and the other saying, no, they shouldn’t,” Clinton said. “That has nothing to do with me.”
Herridge reported that an executive order signed by President Obama, gives authority to the intelligence agencies to declassify sensitive material and not Clinton or the State Department.
“Under this executive order, 13526, signed by Mr. Obama in December 2009, only the three intelligence agencies who own that information in the first place have the authority to declassify it, not Mrs. Clinton and not the State Department,” Herridge said.

Do the Clintons have any money left in their legal defense fund or did they divert that to their Hamptons vacation rentals? She’ll be broke again soon.

Unless what she’s got will disconnect Otreason from the presidency in a hurry, she can kiss any chance of a pardon buh’ bye. If she ‘returns fire’ and only wings him, he’ll make sure she’s got a good reason to be desperate for a pardon. Otreason has the upper hand ... she’s already in the toaster & all he has to do is supply the heat & she’ll BE toast ... burnt black (no pun intended).
That is a risky operation with about 2% chance of death and 15 to 20% chance of serious complications. Your entire abdominal wall is cut through, and then retracted. The incision runs from just below the sternum to about 4 inches above the belly button and all the way across to your right side. It leaves a nasty scar and recovery hurts like hell for several days.
When you are laying there before they give you versed, happy juice, you are more than a little bit scared. After the versed they follow with anesthesia and you know nothing until your wake up in recovery or ICU. Then the pain starts. Thank god for morphine. I am sure she wears her scar with pride as do I.
