Fox News reporter Catherine Herridge said Tuesday that Hillary Clinton’s emails were classified under an executive order signed by President Obama.
Clinton said that the Justice Department investigation into whether classified material was mishandled on her server is a disagreement between the State Department and intelligence agencies on the classification of information.
“What you’re seeing now is a disagreement between agencies saying, you know what? They should have, and the other saying, no, they shouldn’t,” Clinton said. “That has nothing to do with me.”
Herridge reported that an executive order signed by President Obama, gives authority to the intelligence agencies to declassify sensitive material and not Clinton or the State Department.
“Under this executive order, 13526, signed by Mr. Obama in December 2009, only the three intelligence agencies who own that information in the first place have the authority to declassify it, not Mrs. Clinton and not the State Department,” Herridge said.
Highly probable.

The irony here is that the only dirt they would have had would have been the kind of fraudulent birth certificate dirt that gets conservatives labeled as racist kooks.
It would have been delightful to see all the variation of this statement back in 2008 during the primary campaign season: "That fat white lesbian b!tch just don't want a black man in the White House."
If she had any dirt, it would have been used back in 2008. Now I am sure there has been plenty of new dirt since he took office. If there is, and if it looks like Hillary is going down, I would expect Hillary to take Obama down with him.

BO can shut down the Clinton Foundations within seconds. The will freeze everything. Clintons will be penniless. He can also shut the prison doors on them for stealing the $6 Billion from STATE. No one will challenge him. Boehner, McConnell & Roberts are not afraid of the Clintons. They are afraid of Obama & Chicago gang.

The THREE INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES: so why are they chasing Hillary's Servers? Those agencies ALL KNOW what they sent out and to WHOM........they have all the originals and they know she received them......what more is needed?

Hillary isn’t even running a campaign. She shows up at some fairs and meetings, but that’s cheap.
She is in serious political trouble. She should be spending thirty or forty million dollars on an advertising campaign to save herself.

That’s because this isn’t about politics. This is about plea bargaining and fighting a delaying action.
Hillary is old and sick. She’s just hanging in there as part of her defensive plan to stay out of prison.

Catherine Herridge does an outstanding job. When she reports a story, I’m confident she’s done her homework and has the facts.
