He believes that private property can be taken away by the government for any reason.

You know he lost that case. He followed the letter of the law. Lost the case.

The OLD LADY that everyone is so worried about LIVED OUT HER LIFE in the HOUSE. She had been offered $1,000,000 and she turned it down. After she died, I think her relatives sold it for $125,000.

I'm sure her relatives think she made the right choice (/s).

LIVED OUT HER LIFE in the HOUSE.

Wrong. She died in a retirement home in the Bay Area.

He followed the letter of the law.

Wow, what a liberal spin. He tried to get the government to STEAL a little old ladies house. She really didn't "win," as Trump totally screwed her over. The main reason the house was never used for Trump's purposes is because the business he wanted it for, Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino, was run so poorly by Trump it no longer made sense to use the housee.

I think her relatives sold it for $125,000.

Wrong again. They sold it for $530k. But she had already been moved out long before that.

So, losing a case in court means, "following the letter of the law." I think not. Trump tried to commit a crime, but because of the spunk of a lady, and his business failures he couldn't complete the crime. But he did make her like a living hell for decades. BY saying "he followed the letter of the law" are you giving him credit for not sending men with Uzis to kill her or kidnap her?

What does it say about you that you are okay when shady developers and government officials get together to try to steal property?

And Trump didn't learn anything. He supported the Kelo decision. So a Trump presidency would mean eminent domain without president.
