First off, my guess is that your average person has probably never heard of the term, or is maybe hearing it for the first time now that the issue is finally being discussed. Are anchor babies being taunted and made fun of at school for being anchor babies? I doubt it, but if Mrs. Chu is really concerned, then we can send them back to their native countries. I’m sure they won’t be stigmatized there.
