There was never a chance that Congress could or would block it. If enough Members oppose the Deal that they could shoot it down, certain members will be assigned to vote for the thing whatever their inclinations and they will. If Congress did vote it down 100% it would make no difference. Hussein will simply order the terms to be carried out and neither Congress or the Court will move to stop him. They have already ceded their powers to the Sultan. Congress now exists as an advisory body only.
This is why Americans must make sure we win in 2016. We need an American president who will shut down the “deal”. The Kenyan and Old Horseface are going to get us all fried.
