Same here just as China but starting to manipulate their currency suddenly this happens now it happens again in China still playing with currency something stinks here.
When you’ve got a country with almost a billion and a half people and scant regulatory oversight, shit happens.
So funny we got people on the thread who swear business don’t need anyone to make sure that they conduct business safely and then we got people saying the cause here is slip shod safety and business practices. Enough to give a guy whiplash!

People often are concerned about the Chinese military’s size and power and, perhaps, rightly so, but I always wonder if they will be using the same crappy tools they sell us to repair their military equipment and if they are wearing the same crappy boots and clothes they sell us that fall apart after a month.

Chinese corporations are not like US corporations. It was not too long ago that most Chinese corporations were openly owned by the People’s Liberation Army and the like. Maybe now, they just aren’t so open about who really owns what.

Yes, Tsingtao was the German Treaty port in China at the turn of the last century. There is still some German influence on the local architecture. Being good Germans, the first thing they did during their occupation was to build a brewery, and the Chinese who learned to brew German beer are still doing so.
Tsingtao was taken by the Japanese in 1914 as their contribution to World War 1.
It’s highly coincidental NK/SK had high level talks around 5AM EST and another chcmical plant goes. Both the Chinese (tankers in the south) and USA (birds in the air) showed their muscles this morning. And no it wasn’t a particle beam...
